This page is associated with requesting prices, inviting tenders or requesting pre-tender information on the following;
Smoke Fire Volume Control Dampers, Smoke Air Dampers, Fire Dampers,
Dampers, Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, Air Distribution.
Gilberts
have developed and manufacture specified smoke and fire dampers
suitable for general as well as heavy duty industrial applications,
including ventilation and HVAC ductwork. Gilberts has designed a
smoke guard with the three modes to allow the ventilation of air
during normal conditions, as well as for emergency conditions to
prevent fire spreading. These preventative measures can be done
manually, or through a control system. Gilberts industrial smoke and
fire dampers which are comprised of motorised, galvanised mild steel
blades can be activated via a Belimo square drive spring return
motor. Electro thermal fuse allows external heat detection and
automatic closure if the system were to fail. Gilberts work to
ensure the highest standard of fan and ventilation systems in order
to meet strict safety specifications.

Advanced
Air provide practical air control and distribution systems,
supplying smoke and fire dampers that are designed to prevent the
spread of fire and smoke throughout the ventilation system. The 1200
Series is originally designed as a fire and smoke damper and can be
used with air volume control applications. Models can be designed
with an overriding mechanical fusible link or without, dependent on
the requirements of the application. The 2300 Series designed as a
hot smoke like extraction system and has a maximum operation
temperature of 300°C for one hour. Advanced Air's quality in the
design of the 2300 Series is demonstrated with its ability to
maintain fire resistance about two hours providing it is fully
closed. Other systems include the 2400 and 2500 Series, featuring
insulated blades, providing protection against heat radiation, as
will low leakage and four hour integrity.

Actionair
designs and manufactures fire, damper products for offshore and
marine applications, products are specifically engineered to meet
strict design specifications due to the nature of operations. The
A-60 fire damper is designed to be used with air conditioning and
ventilation systems, with a maximum pressure of 1500 Pa, and duct
velocities of 15m². Capable to be installed both vertically and
horizontally, allowing for air flow applications in either
direction, with fail safe systems incorporated into the design in
case of power supply interruption. The A-60 fire is comprised of
galvanised steel 1.2mm thick, 40mm flanged rectangular or circular
casing, (316 stainless steel option available). 75mm interlocking
430 grade stainless steel aerodynamic blades, steel blade end
bearings and 300 grade stainless steel peripherals.

Within the Halton ventilation fire safety system range include fire
dampers, smoke and smoke evacuation dampers and fire valves. Quality
is rigorously controlled by the Technical Research Centre of Finland
(VTT) and all Halton fire dampers are tested prior to delivery.
Smoke and fire dampers are all type-approved and compliant with the
EN 1366-2 and EN 13501-3 standards.
