Daikin develop and supply an extensive range of water-cooled chillers requiring limited space in machine rooms. Water-cooled chillers are suitable for the commercial and industrial sector, generating cold and hot water, which can be used for chilling, heating and simultaneous operation. Daikin's water-cooled chiller systems can be categorised into three subdivisions, resulting in a combined capacity 13 kW to 1893 kW. Daikin has recently introduced, high efficiency flooded type, water-cooled chiller with stepless capacity control. A high-efficiency motor is optimised with a sliding valve position, determined by water temperature, to produce closely matched capacity requirements. High part load efficiencies and stable chilled water temperatures are achieved through better control regulations.
